Clothes help us tell stories without a word. For all the shy peeps like I once was this look is for you. It wasn't easy getting to this point but I learned with style you don't always have to play it safe. Growing up shy,I thought of ways of being more expressive. I first started off working my way into doing activates in high school during my sophomore year. Such as musicals, choir, track and baseball. Soon after that my senior year arrived, I was an ambassador for prestigiousphoto company, editor of the year book, and after school I worked back stage at the Indianapolis fashion week with me best friend. These are things that pushed me out of my comfort zone and prepared me for what was to come next. It still took time after those experiences but now I am an open book for the world to see.

Just like life, style is all about having fun and evolving. It does take baby steps to build confidence? so take it one step at a time.I took this look to the extreme by adding bold pieces from head to toe. From my sleeveless duster jacket to my triple strap platforms my comfort zone no longer exist. In order for you to take the next step forward into developing your own personal style, you have to be more daring, buy unique pieces and take even more risks. People are going to stare but that should only make you feel more confident. Hopefully after reading this you can soon develop a braver sense of style and be open and true to who you are because that is more interesting than hiding. Let them stare and give them a better reason to!
