MYSTERY LOOK 101: DOUBLE DENIM

Decade by decade, denim has always been on top for both men and women.

It's funny how the past always seems to come back! Denim on denim has been popular since the 70's, but, over the years, it's comeback has been so massive. From the different shades of denim to the distressed details, nothing can limit the options. It's something we all have/know and it's virtually impossible to go wrong when pairing in doubles.

For this look, I added an oversized fading and distressed detailing denim jacket over a pair of slim fit distressed denim jeans. To complete this expression in the most authentic way, I paired pointy toe platforms, 70's inspired aviator sunglasses, and a hand made denim choker. Everything I pair with this look go pretty smooth together. This look can be worn throughout the entire day. Distressed denim jeans such as I'm wearing, will work well with a number of different outfits, so invest in a good pair. If you haven't yet stepped into the spotlight of double denim, it may be time to snap yourself in this trend.
